He is survived by: his wife Phyllis McCLure; his sons, Michael McClure (Mallory) and John Nichols (Sandra); his grandchildren, Jade, Sherene Nichols, Ashley, Aaron and Birch McClure; and his stepgrandchildren, Cassidy and Titan.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Garrett Funerals and Cremations (460 N Main St, Waynesville, NC 28786). The military honors will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Green Hill Cemetery.
