It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roseann Miller Lowe in Waynesville, North Carolina, born in Medina, Ohio, who passed away on August 8, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Roseann leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Miller and Marie Miller; and her nephew Joseph Miller. She is survived by: her husband Gregory Pete Lowe; her child Ryan Franklin Cassie (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Kali, Isabel and Bailey; and her siblings, Dick Miller, Paul Miller (Jeannie) and Patricia Miller (Lane).
