She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Plemmons and Hama West Plemmons; her husband Keith Dale Ketner; her son Ronald Keith Ketner; her son-in-law Larry Vaughn; and her sisters, Allene Swanger (Coleman) and Myrtle Russell (Billy).
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Evans (Jule); her grandchildren, Jane Vaughn and Jean Smith; her brother Gene Plemmons (Bobbie Jean); her grandchildren, Karen Evans Christiansen (Terry), Elaine Vaughn Burnette (Steven) and Kevin Smith (Julie); her great grandchildren, Evan Christiansen, Dalton Smith, Keith Vaughn and Peyton Smith; and her great great grandchild Salem Christiansen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wells Funeral Home of Waynesville On (296 N Main St, Waynesville, NC 28786).
