He is survived by: his daughters, Haley Cates (Steven) of Canton and Shelby Trull of Canton; his grandchildren, Noah Phillips, Brady, Bryson Cates, Hudson, Lilah and Myles Trull; and his sisters, Diana Lynn (Atwood) of San Diego and Sheila Keiser (Scott) of Greensboro.
