He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hubert Rice and Jimmie Lee Crow Rice; his wife Annie Rice; and his brother Velas Rice. He is survived by: his daughter Diane Beck (Darren); and his pet Sweet Pea. He is also survived by step children; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
