He was predeceased by: his wife Francis "Nell" Ball Ledford; his parents, Letus Ledford and Mahaley Harris Ledford; his siblings, Gladys Meadows, Opal Boyd, Veta Ledford, Mona Cantrell, Don Ledford, Jeter Ledford and Dean Ledford; and his nephews, Roger and Martin Ledford.
He is survived by: his daughter Teresa Ledford-Burnette (Stacey); his close friend Hunter; his sibling's children, Eddie Ball of Hawaii, Larry Ledford (Kathey) of Chuckey, TN, DeWight Ledford (Kathy) of Leicester, NC, Charlene Bailey of California and Norma Jean Blankenship (Govan) of Marshall; his great-nephew Gene Ball (Amanda) of Barnardsville; and also Chris Christopher.
