She is survived by: her husband Ray Payne; and her sons, Jeremiah Payne (Hope) and Tim Payne (Lisa).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 1:15 PM to 2:15 PM at the West Funeral Home (17 Merrimon Ave, Weaverville, NC 28787). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
