It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Danny Vinson Maney of Weaverville, North Carolina, who passed away on June 27, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Buron Vinson and Myrtle Elizabeth Bradley Maney; his siblings, Lee Maney and Linda Maney Shope; and his grandson Logan Maney.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Edwards Maney; his daughters, Cristee Maney Teaster (Brian) and Jennifer Maney Anderson (John); his siblings, Sharon Allison, Vikki Banks (Ray), Phil Maney (Leigh) and Tony Maney (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Mikaela Allen (Bryson), Brody Roberson, Hudson Teaster, Kamryn Anderson and Karmen Anderson; his great grandchild Alivia Allen; and his sister-in-law Sandra Bass. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church (754 Aiken Rd, Asheville, NC 28804).
