She was predeceased by: her parents, Burgin Deaver and Myrtle Deaver; her husband Fate Ballard Williams; and her children, Homer Dean Williams and Shirley Diann Williams.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Matthew Bailey (McKenzie) and Kaycee Bailey (JP); her great grandchildren, Sienna, Tyler, Caleb and Adalyn Fate Bailey; and her daughter-in-law Roxanne Dempsey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and cousins.
