He was predeceased by: his mother Gladys Metcalf Deweese; and his grandson Gavin Deweese. He is survived by: his wife Rita Deweese; his father Bobby DeWeese; his son Jason Deweese (Megan); his stepchildren, Wendy (Chuck) and John; his grandchildren, Jillian Deweese, Savannah (Bob), Shyanne (Nic), Chuck Jr. and Talan; and his great grandchildren, Case, R. J. and Lane.
