It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Mae Emery of Weaverville, North Carolina, who passed away on July 5, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Riley Howard and Hattie Sawyer Bailey; her husband Charles Franklin Emery; and her brother Riley Howard Bailey, Jr.. She is survived by : her daughter Pamela Joan Emery; her siblings, Brenda Garrison, Tom Bailey (Lorinda) and Charles Bailey; her grandson Master; her nieces, Connie Schropp, Dana Davis, Stephanie Waldrup and Rachel Rogers; and her nephew Steve Bailey.
