She was predeceased by: her father Eugene Horn; and her brothers, David and Robert Horn. She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Phillips; her children, Anna Bradley and Adam Bradley (Nicole); her stepson Timothy Phillips; her brother Bill Horn; and her grandsons, Aidan Bradley and Liam O'Neil Phillips.
