He is survived by: his children, Cody Whitted of Greenville, SC, Heath Whitted (Jessica) of Weaverville, NC, Kristina Whitted of Greenville, SC and Heather Whitted of Greenville, SC; his brothers, Junior Hughes (Debbie) of Morganton, NC, Randy Hughes of Greenville, SC and Dewayne Jones (Revia) of Weaverville, NC; his grandchildren, Carlos Manuel, Alesia Manuel, Angel Whitted, Kalie Tenise, Kalin Lucille, Sofia Gabriella, Michael Cruz, Caleb Pressley, Noah Whitted, Kameron Vernon, Nicholas Whitted, Brandon Whitted, Evan Whitted, Thalia Martin and Kila Antonio; his cousin Jeremy Whitted; his close friend Mark Cole; and also Kathy Perez.
