He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Nick Warengo and Anna Keis Warengo; his wife Linda Kay Aust Warengo; his son Robert Lee Warengo (Leslie); his brother Gene Warengo; and his grandchildren, Madeline Warengo and Dalton Warengo.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Western Carolina State Veterans Cemetery (962 Old US Hwy 70, Black Mountain, NC 28711). A burial will be held on Tuesday, December 23rd 2025 at the Chapel of Western Carolina State Veterans Cemetery (962 Old US Hwy 70, Black Mountain, NC 28711).
