He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Morris Deaver; his children, Stephenie Dillingham (Gary) and Stephen Deaver, IV; his stepdaughters, Samantha and Jamie; and his sister Joyce Burroughs. He is also survived by four granddaughters; one grandson; three great grandchildren.
