He is survived by: his siblings, James Hall, Jane McGill and Nancy Green; his wife Maxine; his children, Steve (Linda), Cindy Nelon (Lou), Pam Sampica (Steve), Amy Hall and Paul (Brandy); his grandchildren, Amanda Lunsford (Dillon), Kelly Hutzel (Andrew), Thomas, Samuel Nelon, Luke, Seth Sampica, Grady and Abigail; his great grandchildren, Ari, Maya Hutzel and Maisie Lunsford; and his siblings, Alvin Hall and Linda Kuykendall.
