He was predeceased by: his father Walter Howard; and his brothers, Euhl and Walter, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Ellen Daniel Banks; his wife Paula Banks; his sons, Thomas C. Banks, Jr. (Sandra), Phil Banks (Kim), Patrick Banks and Richard Banks; his sisters, Sally Harron, Henrietta Haney, Lucy Ledbetter and Freda Lynch; his stepchildren, Brian Maney (Charli) and Crystal Buckner (James); and his friend Richard Bernier. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
