He was predeceased by : his parents, Jacob Anthony Mustacchia and Marie Caminita Mustacchia; and his siblings, Francis Tortorich, Nicholas Mustacchia, Salvador Mustacchia and Elizabeth Ann Grilletta.

He is survived by : his wife Ellen Childers Mustacchia; his daughter Emily Mustacchia Butler; his son-in-law Donald Butler; and his granddaughter Willow Butler. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
