He was predeceased by: his parents, William Franklin and Ida Viola Coulman (Harvey); his wife Carol Ann Coulman (Burch); his son Timmy Ty Coulman; his grandsons, Nathaniel Coulman and Jason Monroe; and his great grandchildren, Avah and Ace Coulman.
He is survived by: his children, Arnold (Dianne), William Shawn (Chris) of Hamburg, NY, Cedric (Wendy), Juanita Periard (Michael) of Warrensburg, NY and Franklin of Weldon, NC.; his siblings, Sammuel (Doreen) of Walnut Grove, MO, Millie Mosher of Gansevoort, NY and Wilma Williams (Phil) of Corinth, NY; his brother-in-law William Curt Burch of Warrensburg, NY.; and his grandchildren, Daniel Coulman, Christina Ferguson, Justin Coulman, Jeremy Taylor, Cedric D Coulman, Raymond Coulman, Ashley Coulman, Jessica Smith, Kayla Connelly, Brandon Bliss and Kiara Coulman. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
