With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Addie Lee Turner Batten (Wendell, North Carolina), who passed away on July 25, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter L. Turner and Sally Matthews Turner; her husband Chip Batten; and her siblings, Peggy Turner Chase, Gladys Faulkner, Jack, Roy, Frank and Coy.
She is survived by: her son Greg Batten (Tammy Lynn); her sisters, Sally Posch, Brenda Narron (Jerry), Elaine Barham (Julian) and Linda Johnson; her grandchildren, Jonathan Turner Batten (Cayce) and Taylor Danielle Wilson (Carson); and her great grandchildren, Emma Gray and Wesley Graham Wilson.
Flowers welcomed but memorials are encouraged to be made to Baptist Tabernacle Church.
