Louis Collins Jr., Ava Grace Collins and Scarlett Rose Collins; his brothers, Patrick Collins (Becky) and Brandon Collins (Jenn); and his nieces and nephews, Katelyn Collins, Seth Collins, Harrison Collins, Baelynn Chomicki, Aubrianna Chomicki, Sophie Collins and Sienna DonDiego.
