She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Lee and Geraldine Trevathan Strickland; her husband Clarence Donald "Duck" Crowder; and her brothers, John Larry Strickland and Thomas Ray Strickland.

She is survived by: her daughter Sheila Adderholdt (Mike); her sister Loraine Jones; her grandchildren, Derek, Jennings and Whitney; and her great grandchild Odin Ryker.
