She is survived by: her brother David O'Neal; her granddaughter Jada O'Neal; her children, Matilda Perry (Andre), Dona Adams (Derek) of Kenly and James O'Neal; her uncle Billy Hinton (Estell); her aunt Bettie Bradshaw; her siblings, George (Debra), Kenneth (Robin), Larry O'Neal, Bettie O'Neal Robbins (Van), Shirley O Bridges, Angela O Bledsoe (Naisa), Chandra Wells and Barbara McCallister; her grandchildren, Tylikia, Le'Andre, Andtaisha, Andre Jr., Andreesha, Kaydence Perry, Deonna, Donovan, Derek Jr., Steven Adams, Mariah, Jaeven, Zaiden, Zaileeana O'Neal and Le'ondre Brown; and her close friend Wandell Holden. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
