He is survived by: his parents, Sharon Lee and Don Lee; his wife Ann Marie Lee; his children, Coty Lee and Chelsea Hill (Tre Hill); his grandchild Cal Hill; and his brother Terry Lee (Linda Lee). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
