He is survived by: his mother Donna Bullock (Mike Crouse); his wife Tonya Lynn Sewell; his father Tom Sewell; his children, Geron Sewell, Thomas Sewell (Jessie Whitley), Benjamin Sewell and Liam Sewell; his grandchildren, Paislee and Waylon; and his brother Jon Collins.
