He is survived by: his wife Edith Carroll Cooke; his children, Donald Keith Cooke II (Charity), Annette Cooke (Regina) and Donna Jo Prudhomme; and his grandchildren, Julianna Prudhomme, Dakota Prudhomme, James "Jay" Prudhomme IV, Makayla Cooke and Addison Cooke.
