He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Daniels Perry; his children, Scott Daniel Perry and Crystal Perry Allen (John); his grandchildren, Baron Jackson Rice (Candace), Landon Scott Perry and Alexis Lynn Kirk; his great grandchild Roper Lane Rice; and his sisters, Lois Johnson (Dan), Louise Goodwin and Gloria Creech.
