She was predeceased by: her mother Effie Moody Alford; and her husband Ralph Dixon "Dickey" O'Neal. She is survived by: her son Kevin Dixon O'Neal (Sheila Bunn O'Neal) of Wendell; her grandchildren, Andrew Dixon, Dylan Matthew and Emily Rachel O'Neal; her sister Sherry Alford; and her friend Gayle Stephenson.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Baptist Tabernacle Church (1599 NC-231, Wendell, NC 27591). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM.
