He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Tart and Catherine Tart of Wendell, NC.; and his pet Rosie. He is survived by: his siblings, Allen Tart and Dolly Cannon (Charles) of Wendell; his nieces, Emma Mulvaney (Chandler) of Centennial, CO and Ashton Mullen (Nate) of Hickory, NC; and his great-nephew Cameron Mulvaney.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Greenmont Cemetery (536 W Academy St, Wendell, NC 27591).
