She was predeceased by: her parents, Desmond Proctor and Lena Proctor; her siblings, Doris Marie Proctor, Peggy Ann Proctor and David Earl Proctor; and her granddaughter Lena Bebee.

She is survived by: her husband Sammie Weathers Blackwell; her daughters, Pamela Land (Mark) and Rhonda Laskins; her siblings, Desmond Earl Proctor Jr. (Brenda) and Lena Mae Adams; her grandchildren, Ashley Crouse (Brad) and Heather Pixley (Joey); and her great grandchildren, Ashton, Brooke, Gavin, Lincoln, Jack, Mason, Leah, Collin, Sydney, Daxus, Violet, Autumn and Nathan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
