Louise Lockard (Blair); his stepmother Janet K. Lockard; his stepbrother Nicolle "Nick" Bakas; his children, Michael Steven Lockard (Darla) of Walkersville, WV and Sadie Rochelle Hoover (Max) of Wendell, NC.; his grandchildren, Kyra Toms (Trenton), Ethan Lockard, Levi Lockard, Wade Hoover, Caleb Williams (Alison), Isaac McCray, Haylie Gordon, Jakkson Lockard and Garrett Lockard; his great grandchildren, Finnly, Evie Toms, Maverick and Waylon Williams; and his nieces, Kelley Orvik, Lee Ann Lockard and Ashley Magers (Bakas).
