She was predeceased by: her parents, Reuben I. Taylor Jr. and Dorothy Godwin Taylor; her husband Smith Gray; her brothers, Taylor and Wayne Taylor; and her sons-in-law, Mark Finch and Dana Kidd.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberli G. Lumley (Darrell), Vicki Finch, Heidi Howard (Tommy), Tiffani Kidd and Smitty Gray, II (Wendy); her grandchildren, Darrell Lumley (Taylor), Will Lumley (Madason), Mark Finch (Kristen), Tori Smith (Will), Tyler Gilchrist, Taylor Kidd, Lauren Jones (Alex) and Chandler Gray; and her son Mike Allsbrook (Sharon). She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hephzibah Baptist Church (1794 Wendell Blvd, Wendell, NC 27591). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
