She is survived by: her husband James Hiram Forbes, Jr.; her sons, Chad Shepard and James Forbes; her grandchildren, Natalie, Kaia, Caylee and Kaiden; and her brother David Murray (Jennifer).
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at 1112 Questor Ln, Wendell, NC 27591.
