Timothy Wayne Ferguson Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Timothy Wayne Ferguson (Wendell, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 17, 2025 at the age of 71. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Timothy Wayne Ferguson to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hal Pearce and Marie Bullock Ferguson; his siblings-in-law, Donald Blackwell, Larry Bryant and Vicky Griffin; and his close friends, David Brantley and Bobby Fowler.
He is survived by: his wife Mae Ferguson; his grandson Dylan Whitley (Makayla); his son Chris Whitley; his sisters, Wanda Blackwell, Bonnie Bryant of Samaria and Anita Privette (Jay) of Zebulon; his nephews, Jason Bryant (Carina) and Jeffrey Bryant (Jordan); and his sisters-in-law, Margie Brantley (Danny) and Donna Bunn (Jerry) of Zebulon. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the Strickland Funeral Home (211 W 3rd St, Wendell, NC 27591). A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
Flowers are welcomed, or if you would prefer, contributions towards a memorial may be made to Tim's grandson, Dylan Whitley.
