He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Dwight and Virginia Hunter Cooke; and his brother Johnny Cooke. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Carlyle Cooke; his daughter Heather Cooke; his pet Joey; and his sister-in-law Olivia Cooke. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and beloved family members.
