He is survived by: his father Robert Mellon Poplin; his wife Judy Poplin; his children, David (Leigh), Melody (Eric) and Donna (Alan); his stepson Steven O'Neill; his great grandchildren, Adam, Addison, Jessica, Chris (Eleanor), Jennifer, Callie and Jamie; and his sisters, Inez, Brenda and Bonnie Sue. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
