He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Bullard Locklear; his children, Deidre Locklear Hunt (Brant) of Aberdeen, Cheyenne Locklear (Rob Klug) of Whitaker and Jason D. Bullard (Amanda) of Whispering Pines; his grandchildren, Andrew Raiden Hunt, Samuel Sterling Hunt and Victoria "Tori" Marie Bullard; and his siblings, Furman Locklear (Tina), Steve Locklear, Jonathan Locklear, Wagram, Pandora Bullard of Maxton, Dorcas Chavis (Harlen) of Maxton, Grace Locklear of Gibson and Kathy Locklear (Chris) of Marston. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, extended family and devoted friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Richard Boles Funeral Service Chapel (13640 Andrew Jackson Hwy, Laurinburg, NC 28352). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Little Mission Holiness Church (1510 S Main St, Laurinburg, NC 28352). A burial will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at the Little Mission Holiness Church Cemetery (1510 S Main St, Laurinburg, NC 28352).
