Bullard (Amanda) of Whispering Pines; his grandchildren, Andrew Raiden Hunt, Samuel Sterling Hunt and Victoria "Tori" Marie Bullard; and his siblings, Furman Locklear (Tina), Steve Locklear, Jonathan Locklear, Wagram, Pandora Bullard of Maxton, Dorcas Chavis (Harlen) of Maxton, Grace Locklear of Gibson and Kathy Locklear (Chris) of Marston. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, extended family and devoted friends.
