It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernestine Alston Bostic of West End, North Carolina, who passed away on May 26, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Billy of Holly Springs, NC, Perry, Willis, Chris, Penelope Alford (Martin), Patricia Shamburger of Blenheim, SC and Christina Bostic; her siblings, Ellen McGregor, Millie Nixon, Pearl Flannigan and Gurney Alston Jr. (Carletha); and her siblings-in-law, Nancy Jean King (Willie) and Wendell Baldwin.
