He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank McRae Blue Sr. and Maxine Kennedy. He is survived by: his wife Carla "Carly" Blue; his children, Karla Claytor (Justin) and Kyle Blue (Emma); his siblings, Fonda Monroe (Eugene) and David Blue (Becky); his granddaughters, Zoe and Maret Claytor; his nephews, William and Matthew; and his niece Alison.
