It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Phillips of West End, North Carolina, born in Durham, North Carolina, who passed away on April 29, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Owen Phillips and Virginia Hancock Phillips; his wife Patricia Hargett Phillips; his son Chris Phillips (Dawn); and his siblings, Gloria Edwards of Siler City and Jerry Phillips of Siler City. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
