He was predeceased by: his parents, Clice McNeill and Clyde McNeill; his wife Nancy McNeill; and his sister Faye Hart. He is survived by: his children, Steve McNeill of Wilkesboro, NC and Lori McNeill of Leesburg, VA; and his sister Wilma Watson of West Jefferson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
