She was predeceased by: her parents, Monroe Perry and Ollie Davis Perry; her husband Clinton Wane Blevins; her daughter Virginia Shephard; her grandson Travis Miller; her daughter-in-law Alison Blevins; her stepgreat-grandson Jesse; and her siblings, Voil Marshall Perry, Maudie Blevins, Doris Taylor and Lillie Blevins.
She is survived by: her children, Ira Blevins (Dixie) of Amissville, VA, Gale Blevins (Freda) of Whitetop, VA, Howard Blevins (Patricia) of Mouth, Clifford Blevins of North Wilkesboro, James Blevins of West Jefferson and Edith Osborne (Bobby) of Lansing. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, 2 great great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
