He was predeceased by : his parents, Wiley Cleve and Fannie Neaves Baldwin; and his siblings, Bonnie Dean Howell, Jesse Ray Baldwin and Darrel Baldwin.
He is survived by : his wife Jessie Spencer Baldwin; his son Rick Allen Baldwin (Pat) of West Jefferson; his siblings, Rose Mary Lewis of Morristown, TN, Donna Abad of Marion, VA and Jones Baldwin of Lansing; his grandson Drew Baldwin (Katelyn); his great grandchild Reid Baldwin; and his sister-in-law Shirley Baldwin of Lansing.
