She is survived by: her husband James David Belk; her children, Jason Shindledecker (Melissa) of Abington, PA, Jamie Lee (Andy) of Hubert, NC, David Belk of Lancaster, SC and Dustin Belk (Naomi) of Lancaster, SC; her siblings, Tina Collins (Skip) of Clear Springs, MD, Tama Brown (Terry), Toni Kent (Doug) of Leonardo, NJ, Kim Oates (Mike) of Melbourne, FL and Fred Galey (Amy) of Burlington, NC.; and her grandchildren, Abigail Rene'Lee and Adoniram Allen Belk.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a Memorial gift, in Lori's name, be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
