He was predeceased by : his mother Pamela Shepherd Osborne; and his granddaughter Paisley Price. He is survived by : his father Larry Price; his children, Michael "Mikey" Wendell Price of Newton, Jennifer of West Jefferson and Emily Price of West Jefferson; his stepfather Jim Osborne (Lois) of Jefferson; his brothers, Charles of Lansing, John of Lansing and Clayton Price of Lansing; and his aunts, Angelee King (Ronnie) of West Jefferson and Brenda Drake of Lansing.
