It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Whaley (West Jefferson, North Carolina), who passed away on September 23, 2025, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charlie Whaley and Hattie Whaley; his wife Maria Whaley; his children, Pamela Stahl (Brad Asbury) and Brad Stahl (Jennifer Cox); his grandchildren, Tanna Redd, Brook-Lynn and Cassidy Cox; and his siblings, Richard (Debbie Whaley), Chuck Whaley (Susan Phillips) and Candy (Bruce Edwards).
