She is survived by: her husband Tommy Perry; her children, Allen Shaw of Jefferson and Cindy Parsons (Wayne) of Jefferson; her stepdaughter Crystal Jones of Todd; her granddaughter Courtney Shaw; her stepgranddaughter Amber Jones of Todd; her grandsons, Daniel Shaw of West Jefferson and Jack Treadway of Grassy Creek; her siblings, Danny Shaw of Whitetop, VA, Tommy Shaw (Lansing), John Shaw (West Jefferson), Bill Shaw (Alabama), Terry Shaw (Lansing), Jennette Dollar (West Jefferson), Retha Woods (West Jefferson) and Ina Greer (Jefferson); and her great grandchildren, Koraline and Zaylee. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
