She is survived by: her husband Johnny Sullivan; her daughters, Cara Miller (Jeff) of West Jefferson and Melissa Jordan of West Jefferson; her brother Jack Carpenter (Kathy) of Wilkesboro; her granddaughters, Brittany Alff (Max) and Makayla Rosenberger Amber Miller (Alex); her great grandchild Sadie Alff; and her friend Jean Powell.
