He is survived by: his wife Brenda Miller Barker; his daughters, Julie Greene (Terry) of West Jefferson and Nicole Dillard; his siblings, Steve Barker of West Jefferson, Hank Barker of Wilkesboro, Hazel Burgess of Salisbury and Margie Burgess of Jefferson; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Jordan, Kelsie Goodman, Jacob Dillard, Kaitlyn Dillard, Lucas Dillard, Ayden Shepherd, Grace Greene and Dalton Shepherd; and his great grandchildren, Wade Jordan and Lilah Day.
