She was predeceased by : her parents, Theodore Roosevelt Wollett and Mabel Shearin Wollett. She is survived by : her husband Billy Neville Williams of West Jefferson, NC; her sons, Joel Williams (Christine) of Wake Forest, NC and Andy Williams (Melissa) of Alcoa, TN; and her grandchildren, Hunter Williams of Raleigh, Blake Williams of Raleigh, Ansley Williams of Alcoa, TN, Seth Williams of Raleigh, Lance Williams of Alcoa, TN and Zane Williams of Wake Forest. She is also survived by 2 brothers; many nieces, nephews.

Nancy Harris wrote a sympathy message

“I have never had the pleasure of meeting Sybil in person. I did speak to her over the phone and just fell in love with her. I moved to Hollister area 6 years ago and since I first heard about Sybil, I have hear nothing but good. From everything I have heard, she was a wonderful person, willing to help all people. I know June and Lynn. My heart and prayers will be with you all as you lay this beautiful person to rest. I understand it is time for her to rest. Love you Ms Sybil.”
